Step 1: Getting a domain name and hosting account
Let's kick the project by getting a top level domain name and hosting account first. (You would want to skip this if you already have a domain name and hosting.)
You could get the domain name and hosting separately or in a package.
For cost-saving I would recommend that you get them in a package.
